This summer has went by so fast. I always remember my grandparents telling me how fast time will go by, especially when you get older, and I think that in this past year I have crossed over that magic line when the time FLIES by. Weeks go by and it seems like only a day or so have past…….Which leads me to my pile of catch up blog posts…..Here we go!
It is an interesting experience for me to always be meeting new people that I am basically going to be spending a lot of time with, on one of the most important and significant days of their life, watching the little things that happen that are really important to them that may or may not have went un-noticed by many. And, I almost always leave from the first encounter getting a really good idea of what they are like, what their personalities are, and their “couple personality”, and every couple has a “couple personality”. I don’t ask people personal questions, with the exception of how they met, and only because I like to hear about that. I liked these two a lot after meeting them for the first time. They were both laid back, Miranda brought her dogs, and Kane was happy to do whatever Miranda wanted. I never ask people what they do for a living and I sometimes wonder based on my observation of them and how they interact with each other, and I thought that they would get a kick out of this, I thought that Miranda was either a personal trainer, a physical therapist, or a vet. I thought that Kane was a psychologist or an architect. As it turns out, she is a dentist and he is an ER doctor. I was a little close.
Moving on to the wedding…..
The wedding was in Parkersburg WV at the Catholic Church downtown and then to the Blennerhasset Hotel.
Shortly after we arrived Miranda was standing in the center of the room with her mom and sisters helping her with her dress and hair and I heard her say somewhat silently, “I can’t believe I’m getting married”, then, “I never thought I would find someone I loved this much that would make me want to get married”. Seeing them together you know that they were both thankful for one another and so happy to be getting married.

The flowers were beautiful, I loved her choice with the colors.

Miranda’s dad was pretty cute, I’m sure that these girls had fun growing up.
I think that Kane was so happy seeing Miranda for the first time coming down the aisle:
It was raining when they came out, but luckily Emily was there holding an umbrella for me so I could get these cute photos of them coming out! Look how awesome their friends and family were to stand out there in the rain to wait on them!!!

Pure loveliness:

I love this for a church photo:

It did quit raining for about 10 minutes so we were able to get a few more outside photos in:
